inKibra expands its AI Strategy Office Hours pilot across Southern California

Southern California, September 28, 2026. inKibra is expanding its AI Strategy Office Hours pilot across Southern California. Starting Wednesday, October 7, a limited number of teams and communities can host recurring, virtual sessions where their people bring real work and leave with a plan or a result.

Why office hours

Everyone has AI. Almost no one has a guide.

Most teams already have capable AI tools. What they lack is a regular place to work through real questions with people who build these systems for a living. AI Strategy Office Hours give those questions a home. People bring the work that keeps getting stuck: client intake that should run itself, proposals that take too long to draft, a CRM nobody trusts, or simply “is this even worth automating?” Then they work through it live with the inKibra team.

Building on work already in the field

The pilot builds on inKibra’s earlier work:

  • $1B+: Workflow software for billion-dollar construction programs, including a major hospital build.
  • 1B+: Monthly users reached by Search systems.
  • 283: Citations to a consent-system filing, plus a granted U.S. patent.

inKibra has already run office hours inside an organization, helping a documentation team put AI to work on real guidance updates. AI accelerated the draft; people kept the decision. The regional pilot brings the same approach to more teams and communities.

How the pilot works

  1. A leverage call. Fifteen minutes to learn who your people are, what they’re working on, and what cadence fits.
  2. We set up the sessions. Virtual, up to 10 hours a week, on a schedule that suits you.
  3. Your people bring real work. They leave with a plan or a result.

Sessions are limited per community.
